Ayansh Express acts as an intermediary between passengers and bus operators. Bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and the policies of the respective bus operators.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on demand, season, and availability. The final fare will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Carry a valid photo ID during travel
• Arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure
• Follow the bus operator's rules and regulations
• Keep your booking confirmation accessible

5. Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed one standard-sized luggage item. Oversized or excess luggage may incur additional charges as determined by the bus operator.

6. Liability

Ayansh Express is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by the bus operator, weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid.

7. Prohibited Activities

Passengers must not carry prohibited items, engage in disruptive behavior, or violate any laws during the journey. Violation may result in ejection without refund.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Lucknow.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
